Overnight Focaccia

If I want to double the recipe, would it work to double the recipe all in one bowl and bake 1 big foccacia or just make two separate bowls and bake two separate focaccias?

Hi, my take is to make two separated ones, in that case you can tweak ingredients and change something. :)
