Focaccia

For the overnight Focaccia, if I want to double the recipe, would it work to double the recipe all in one bowl and bake one big focaccia or just make two separate bowls and bake two separate focaccias?

For me, I always find it needs more time to cook / bake when the portion gets bigger than the recipe calls for. And I don't have a straight answer if one big one is better than another. I'd like to hear more from others on this as well :)
