Pulling and Stretching

Hi! Excited to try your recipe for Focaccia! Thank you for sharing it. I’m curious about the technique for the stretching and pulling and the amount of time you do this. Can you do a more in-depth tutorial on that part?

Hi Marah... Take a look at Lacey's video tutorial and you will see how she reaches under the dough to stretch it to the edges of the pan. It's real simple, just put your hands underneath the dough that's proofing in the pan and gently pull it to the edges.
