Anyone notice that they're treating erythritol, alluose, and xylitol as if they each had 100 carbs per 100 grams?
This adds up to about 24 carbs per cup of any of those three sweeteners.
This will obviously give you bogus nutritional information on a given recipe that uses these ingredients.
