Under 15 carbs, no sugar... help me please

Hello been searching for meals I can eat to get my craving for sugar under control. 15 carbs max, no sugar, no wheat, grains, pastas. 3 days. Please help me. This is why I downloaded app. Having hard time finding easy meal that taste okay.

15g of carbs is pretty hard in my opinion, most if not all meals won’t be that low. Plus it won’t sustain for long and can lead to more cravings (in my experience)

Homemade Soups and vegetable stews feel like the most straightforward option for your requirements. However, I would say not all carbs are equally bad. Unprocessed carbs such as beans, oats, potatoes and rice will help keep you full in combination with protein and fats. It's all a balance. Natural sugars are fine. I think avoiding "ADDED sugar" ( found in most processed foods) is more realistic and will have the biggest impact on your sugar craving.

Lunch but trying to curb craving to sugar. 2 meals a day under 15 carbs for 3 days I heard worked for others

It's just till I can kick this strong sugar soda craving. Supposed to be a few days
