Overnight Focaccia / Lace Bakes
I just made your overnight focaccia and we all agree that it’s the best we’ve ever had. One question - I topped it with pepperoni. Delicious, of course. But the pepperoni slices fell off the bread after baking. I did press them into the dough, but obviously not enough? Any suggestions from your experience?
