Oven degree

I know the degree depends on the oven but what’s the best degree? And heat should be upper and lower?

For optimal results, I find that baking Caprese Cannelloni at 350°F (180°C) with both the upper and lower heating elements activated yields even cooking and a perfectly golden finish. :) Hope I helped. :)
