Instant pot

What’s an instant pot? Is that a crock pot ? My wife is a nurse. We are at the age we eat low carb and plenty of salads. Since my wife works an odd shift and the stress with her job. I do the cooking help her stay healthy, focused and happy.

An Instant Pot is a multicooker that has tons of functions, including pressure cooking, slow cooking, rice cooking, steaming, warming and sautéing. It's pretty handy :)
