Things like tofu, beans (chickpeas are a popular option!), lentils, nuts, and seeds are all great ways to add in some more protein. Soy is a great source of protein all around with milk, edamame, tofu, etc. There is also the option to substitute ingredients in recipes for more protein filled options, although do take into consideration that it may taste different. You could also opt to add in some high protein things to your meals, like using a nut butter or adding seeds. I hope this helps!

These days my go-to is cottage cheese. 1/2 cup of cottage cheese has 15gm of protein. It is so versatile. You can add some herbs and seasoning and use it as dip for veggies, or add some blueberries and walnuts, or add some protein powder and peanut butter for a creamy dessert. Most of the days I just eat it up plain. I have developed a liking for the taste.
