How do you meal prep when your brain suddenly hates the food?
I have abandoned meal prepping because one day, week or month i love a food and suddenly its the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth.
Has anyone figured out a way to overcome this?
One strategy I have embraced is getting many common fresh things in their frozen variant. So onions, garlic, ginger, broccoli, even mushrooms and bell peppers.
Being able to freeze or buy frozen things I don't have to defrost for hours and can put directly onto the fire or microwave helps.
I have very unlikely to eat frozen cooked food, don't know why. But I did cook a large vat of rice once after rice wheevils got in about 6kg. I then microwaved it and used it for fried rice.
