Are these recipes really helpful for weight loss? How do I tell which ones are better?

All HighSatiety diet recipes are either high in protein (>25% of energy), low energy dense (<1.5kcal/g) or high in fibre (6g/100g or 3g/100kcal). These 3 characteristics are the main levers for satiety and therefore these meals should help you feel fuller for longer, reducing daily energy intake.

The best way to tell is to look at the nutritional information and select recipes that are lower in calories and high in fiber & protein. All of the dinner recipes I create and enjoy at home are excellent for weight loss if you'd like to look at my page. I was a nutritionist, trainer, and pilates instructor for over 15 years.
