Yes. To fix too much vinegar in your tomato, corn, and basil salad, add a bit of honey or sugar for sweetness, increase the salad ingredients to dilute the vinegar, or mix in some olive oil or avocado to balance the acidity. You can also add cheese like feta to soften the sharpness.

You could also rinse part of the salad with water then let it dry some before re-adding it to the rest.

Just a (very) small amount of baking soda should do the trick. Its alkaline effect should neutralize the acid that is present in vinegar (acetic acid). Be careful not to use too much, as the flavor becomes quite unpleasant. Try adding very small amounts until you feel the flavor is right.
