New to whole foods lifestyle.

So I'm new to the whole foods based diet. Using it to help manage my PCOS, but I am a really pick eater. Any tips or specific recipies I should check out?

Hey Abigail! Im about in the same boat as you! Some things I have been doing that have helped are prioritizing getting enough protein, especially for breakfast. And cutting out all Ulta processed foods! One of our go-to meals is basically a taco bowl. Just ground beef, with whatever taco seasonings you like, and then taco toppings. I love it with avocado! 🥑 Also, it is an adjustment, just take it slow, each week implement one new, nutrient dense food, or healthy habit. Also, highly recommend listening to the Intentional Health Podcast with Kylah! She talks about about healing your body naturally and cycle health! 💛
