Rice flour or Gluten freeflour?

Hi all, has anyone tried these with either rice flour, or gluten free flour? Or any different wheat free flours? Thanks

HAVEN'T tried these with gluten free bread, but I have experimented with gluten free flour and this recipe should work well with those. Iam a retired home economist and have a Daughter in law who is gluten intolerant so I've worked to find reckless for her. Usually I fund adding a tsp of tapioca starch to the recipe will improve the texture . And for sure booster the spices to insure a good flavor! Good luck!

To make my flat breads, I use besam aka chickpea flour.

I haven't made these, but i use either Cup4Cup brand, or Bob's Red Mill brand gluten free flour with a bit of xantham gum to make it taste and feel " normal". My husband has celiac disease.
