Trail mix. Try the indulgent kind, it's still for nuts and pretzels but it has more treats in it too.

Check your local grocery store for boxes of discount baked goods, whenever I'm hungry but can't figure out what to eat, a little donut or mini danish or something is always good.

Also dont worry about if a snack is good for you unless you have health issues. Personally when I'm super hungry til I'm nauseous, it's way easier to eat a sugary or carb-dense snack to get my appetite back before trying to cook a full meal
