Pretty much everything can be frozen! I don't think I know of something that can't be frozen, except maybe for anything that gets mushy when defrosted and shouldn't be. 😆

I put parchment or wax paper between so they don't stick together. Thaw at room temp, then put them on a hot griddle to give them a little crisp.

Absolutely! I make turkey sausage, egg and cheese Mcgriddles and the freeze them. Just make sure they're cold and dry before freezing.
