Protein every meal

I was told I should eat protein at every meal and / or snack any suggestions on how to achieve this what to eat.

My last response is quite long so here's a summary. 1. Greek yoghurt 2. Sunflowers seeds 3. Pumpkin seeds 4. Oats 5. Lentils, beans and pulses. 6. Edamame and 7. cottage cheese(I forgot to add these before) These are all easy to make and some of them are good to snack on. I hope this helps🥰

Hi, if you want to easily incorporate protein in your daily diet, greek Yoghurt will be a good option. Yoghurt contains a good amount of protein and is easy to snack on. Another easy and rich source is sunflower seeds. You can add them on top of all your meals, salads or in Yoghurt. Another protein snack is pumpkin seeds. Oats are easy to make and a good breakfast option. You can also incorporate lentils, pulses and beans into your main meals.

Mix 20g of protein powder in with Greek yoghurt for even extra protein. Or collagen, can also add in coffee
