We serve 20 every meal. I would like to say we make everything from scratch, but we don't, we just make most things from scratch. Condiments, seasoning, spices, rice, and turkey bacon are the most purchased items on our grocery list. Easy meals, to us, are when we can pick it, wash it, slice it, and eat. Or something we can mix together, pop into the grill, oven, slow cooker, or pressure cooker, or open a bottle and eat. Salad, tomato sandwiches, BBQ-ed meat, and peaches (fresh or bottled) with cream or cottage cheese and a cookie is about the easiest meal I can think of in short notice. It's my "fall-back-on" meal when I forget that it is my turn to cook!
