Yes, it is the health score. But it is only as accurate as the information you give it. So be sure to edit and edit your own recipes until they are exactly how you make them. Also, please realize that it is not "calories in, calories out" but it is "calories absorbed, calories expended" that really matters. And that is almost impossible to perfectly measure. So take it all "with a grain of salt " as the saying goes, and don't expect perfection short of heaven. 😁😉
