Quick food for picky kids?

I am trying to find something for my picky kids and not sure what to make. Any suggestions?

I season it more then the recipe states. I think it would be bland if I had not.

My kids love the walking tacos. Red Doritos, taco meat, cheese. I add sour cream to mine, but customize it like you would any taco. Very easy and affordable.
