Different colour
I've made the Mongolian beef noodles twice now and mine comes out a very rich glossy brown/black the colour of hoisin and soy. Looking through the photos others have posted everyone else's is very light in colour.
So what is making mine so different? I use everything the recipe says too bahh the allium.
Any suggestions would be great
