How would you like a cheese making class?

Question

You know I am a bit disappointed with this group. The description at the top DOES NOT match the recipes available. 
I think that most of us who are part of this group are persons who WANT to know HOW to make cheese, or persons, like me, that were hoping to up our cheese making game. 
So what I am thinking is that once a week I will post a recipe, or comment, starting with the basics. 
If you would like to be a part of the class give me a like!

I would enjoy this. Sometimes they have ingredients that I either do not Luke to use or are hard to find. I know in Italy for example cheese is made with as little as 3 common and available ingredients. Thank you
