What is the weight of eggs in gram? Can I make this recipe without separating the eggs?

There is usually a reason why the recipe calls for separating eggs so if the recipe calls for it, I would separate them. It’s been my experience that sticking to the recipe leads to successful results. Happy baking!

Just add them but make sure that since you are adding egg and oil, when you add water, the batter in which the chicken should be marinated exceeds its required quantity, so add less water
