Chili bean paste
I live in the US and I bought a cookbook by Dominique Woolf who is in the UK. I need an ingredient called chili bean paste. We have a large Asian supermarket in the area but unfortunately (for me) many of the labels are not in English and staff speaks very little English. Can someone tell me if I purchased the correct item from the attached picture?
