Low(er) calorie cookie bites of some kind

I have a rather limited pantry and I'm on a weight loss journey. I've already gone from 235-240lbs down to 182-188lbs~! I can make meringue cookies and they're pretty low calorie and I make them bite sized, but I want different types of bite sized treats. I like to munch when playing games, but most of what I can munch on either needs to cook forever or is high calorie, high fat, high sugar like chips, crackers with dip or meat n cheese, individually wrapped candies and chocolates... Love Lindt dark chocolate truffles... Continuing I've got flour, sugar, barely any brown sugar, 2%, chocolate milk, eggs, butter, margarine, liquid creme brulee monk fruit extract but I literally cannot tell the difference in anything when using it and I have no idea why maybe my sweet tooth is still too much (I do coffee with 2tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp peppermint mocha creamer, and 2tbsp chocolate milk), powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, lemon juice (I like lemon meringues), baking powder, cocoa powder, sweetened shredded coconut, frozen blueberries I think (considered making up my own lemon coconut blueberry cookies but idk how low calorie or bite sized or well it'd work), canned and fresh sweet potatoes the canned ones are in lite syrup, and otherwise I'd have to look through the kitchen that's just what I have off the top of my head. Oh I also have instant coffee, powdered hazelnut coffee creamer, zero sugar pumpkin coffee syrup, actual coffee grounds (GV hazelnut). One 50ml shot of Jim beans bourbon. Equipment? Stovetop, oven, air fryer, microwave, freezer, whisks and wood rolling thingy, electric hand mixer, coffin cookie cutter. I like chewy, crunchy more. My fiance can eat them too if they're soft (bad teeth but likes bitter sweet like me! Yeah I like bitter sweet. Dark chocolate preference, but not TOO bittersweet if you get what I mean?? Ie I can't stand plain fruit flavored moonshine, love fruit and cream ones more tho. Questions below if any I'll answer and I really do appreciate the help.

Congratulations!! You are doing great! (Better than the rest of us. 😉) I don’t know what you are restricting your self with to loose the weight. If it is calorie counting I don't see why you couldn't just make anything you want into bite-sized treats. Then check out the nutrition facts and compute how many you will allow yourself to have at a time to continue the journey to your goal.

I would suggest something savory with a vegetable base. It really isn't expensive to add vegetables to your diet, unless you don't use them.

Kale chips are delicious and can be ready in about 15 minutes. A plus is they could help your fiance's teeth.

Oh, I see you have an air fryer. Kale chips can be made without oil in an air fryer. Some other savory snacks that are chip-like oil-less are sliced zucchini (or just about any other vegetable), roast cauliflower, or broccoli. Celery sticks is what my husband, well, he's learned to like them. He eats a lot of them and they are seconds to prepare.

I see you have fresh sweet potatoes. Peel and slice thin. Rinse. Season with salt while wet. Place a few slices at a time in your air fryer and cook for a few minutes. You'll have to experiment with seasoning and cooking times to find what you like best.

Hope it helps!
