I made my whipped cream just like you said to and just as I was about to decorate my cake it started to come very watery. Anything I can do to fix it ?

Adding cornflour/flour/ icing sugar/vanilla pudding powder can stiffen it (obviously needs to be whisked in... just don't over-whisk it)

Make sure your cake is completely cooled to room temperature

You can add more powdered sugar to it.

You can find in any pastry section small sachets called Crem Fix. Use one for 1 liter of cream, add it half way
