If I am allergic to prawn, what protein and how much of it can I substitute it with to keep the amount of calories the same in this dish?

I personally don't like the silken tofu. I prefer to use a firm one and squeeze the water out and then dab dry with kitchen towels. I then cut into blocks coat in aminos or soy sauce let sit for a bit.and add to seasoned flour or cornflour(cornstarch) then either fry or air fry. Makes them crispy on the outside the use in whatever dish

Depending on the dish I’d said either chicken breasts or a white fish would be easiest. Even if it’s pre cooked chicken you can add it in like prawns/shrimp.

Tofu comes in different firmness if substituting for prawns I would use extra firm tofu
