They say take the seeds and membranes out so u just get the flavor not the heat

In the notes of the recipe it says if you remove the seeds it’s really not that spicy (personally I wouldn’t remove seeds—I eat reaper peppers on the regular) but just use bell peppers if you can’t handle the heat from jalapeños.
