How can you guys accurately rate this recipe, when you're not following the recipe? It makes it hard for the rest of us to gauge what it's really going to taste like!

Try the recipe as it, then try with the tweaks. I make recipes that look good to me not whether someone else thought it was good. I am allergic to seafood but some really good sounding recipes are made with say shrimp. I use chicken instead. It doesn't take away from the recipe I just tweaked it so I can enjoy it.

You are right but I think this is what this app is about learning to tweet recipes to make it your own.
