Any decent low cholesterol meals?

Fed up with the same things over and over. Apparently sesame oil is a good add for flavour but I'm allergic! Anything similar in taste and low in cholesterol?

To make a smoky taste in your oil I would use any kind of good basic oil such as an olive oil or a dense cooking oil and add a drop or two of instant smoke to it to give it a smoky taste.

I use an app called Supercook. It's free. You put every ingredient you have in your home into the app, including staples, and what's in your fridge, freezer and pantry and it will give you recipes based on what's in the house.

Hi can you tolerate another nut oil like walnuts oil add at end of cooking though also I've also heard of perilla seed oil could be a good replacement but please check with your allallergist first, as some individuals with sesame allergies may have cross-reactivity.
