I found this flourless 3-ingredient brownie recipe and I'm really tempted to try it! But I'm wondering if they'll be as rich and fudgy as traditional brownies. Has anyone tried making brownies without flour?

i would go for a different recipe, like one using ground almonds. i tend to stay away from gimmicky recipes like '2 ingredient'

I have not tried, but it's not the flour that makes brownies fudgy. This recipe might have a great consistency, but the brownie taste may depend on which nut butter you choose. I'm not sure about the balance between the nut butter and the cocoa, but they shouldn't be bad.
