Potatoes

Question

Do you just mash the potatoes or do you add milk and such like you would a side dish of mashed potatoes?

Hi Denise! this particular recipe does not indicate milk with the mashed potatoes, it just says "mash potatoes and set aside." I guess it all boils down to preference. I would probably mash potatoes while slowly incorporating milk (and/or a knob of butter, up to you. I loooove butter! : ) ), until it achieves a creamy consistency.
