Football season is here!!! What are some of your go-to foods for tailgating or watching the game at home?
I just added some new dip recipes and my mouth is currently watering they look AMAZING. One way you can take them to another level is to use something other than tortilla or potato chips for dipping. Use veggies like carrot chips, celery slices, sliced cucumber, bell peppers, and even endives for a fresh crunch! The added fiber helps keep you full and helps maintain a healthy gut :)
