I’m trying the subscription out, but will probably revert to just free tracking soon. Agreed that exercise calculations are super rough — you need a fitness watch to be more accurate

My strategy is: stay at net zero calories (eat when I burn every week) and eat as much protein as I can. So I end up prioritizing foods with high protein and low calories (tuna, chicken breast, some non fat Greek yogurt). The hardest part for me is precisely calculating how many calories I burn a day. All the online calculators are pretty rough estimates 🤷🏻‍♀️
