Looking for for favorite peanut butter based salad dressing.

Question

I've gone off onto a peanut butter kick the last few months as I searched for alternatives to traditional off-shelf sand dressings.

I discovered Thai peanute sauce and decided to use that as a base.

Since then, I've introduced banana,  ovaltine,  honey,  and various dried fruit powders.

Want to explore other directions than fruit.  What ya got?

It's not related to peanut, but I think you would like sesame dressing if you liked peanut one. One of my favorite dressings is Asian sesame dressing that is often seen in Japanese restaurants. Have you ever tried it?
