My sister is on keto, based on her experience I know that small amounts of raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries are okay. But since fruits are nature’s candies she is very careful - only small portions infrequently are allowed.

Berries are overall a safe keto friendly fruit, as well as coconut some citrus’s such as lemon or lime. Just remember to try to use fresh as frozen or dried will typically have additional sugars.
