Puff Pastry newbie

I want to try recipes that include puff pastry. I have basic (honestly zero) experience using puff pastry, so preferably something that won't drive me out of it.

Hey, there are a few things to keep in mind when working with puff pastry.  I need so more info so I would be able to give you the right tips. Are you making puff pastry dough from starch or you are using refrigerated or frozen one?
