What recipes do you like to add eggs?

Less conventional, like fried eggs on pizza or on a salad.

Well this isn't really adding eggs but you can put green chili's in eggs, and put them in a breakfast burrito!

The other day I roasted cabbage with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then I added a fried egg on top and it was really satisfying! Highly recommend.
