Any advice?

Hey, I need advice. How can I incorporate more fats into my diet?

I would try to stick with relatively healthy fats like nuts, avocados, the oils in vinegrettes are good. At least that's what I do for my husband (he is keto, I am plant based so... take it with a grain of salt lol). Historically he has had lots of cheese and cream, however it did cause issues with his cholesterol. Since doing more salads and plant based fats (although he still does meats and some cheeses) it has been better.

Also hemp seeds, sesame seeds, etc typically have a decent amount of healthy fats and are easy to add to smoothies for extra protein and fat content.

https://thebigmansworld.com/keto-strawberry-smoothie/, https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/keto-smoothie#5.-Lemon-cucumber-green-smoothie has a number of them although I haven't tried them. Typically for my husband I would use almond milk, berries (frozen), maybe some leafy greens if I can get him to still drink it and things like hemp seeds or chia or ground flax. For him I usually try to stay away from cream based ones now although a lot of people like and enjoy those.

Thank you for your response :-) I know a lot about the Keto diet, but I still, struggle to eat enough fats. It is probably because I avoided fats for a long time. Do you have some recipes for keto smoothies?

Thank you so much ;) Have you ever tried these Keto garlic breadsticks? I am in love. They are my favorite party snack.
