I'll go first: When I was living in the UK I stumbled on Reggae Reggae Sauce. It's a barbecue sauce that incorporates Jamaican jerk spice. I think it's the perfect blend of richness with a lovely hit of spiciness. Aside from burgers and steaks, I put it on pretty much every thing else I made (sandwiches, burgers, sausages, etc). Basically a replacement for ketchup! So good!
