Nicely chopped chunks of turkey with some veggies, potatoes and a nice gravy baked into a shell will make you an amazing turkey pot pie. I also like to chop some up fine and make turkey wontons/egg rolls with a savory stuffing filling and a cranberry aioli dipping sauce. I don't use much ham but it does make a great topping on fresh baked biscuits for an egg sandwich, seared and chopped up in a burrito or put into a nice hash.

There's many things you can do with the turkey who said you can't put it in like casseroles instead of chicken or beef make your own creation on casserole now this is one thing I do I love Mexican food and sometimes when I have leftover turkey I make taquitos I make it roll it up put your favorite stuff into except your salsa put in the app cook it bake it a 350 for about 20 minutes flour tortillas don't let him burn then you can turn around and wrap them up put them in the freezer and all you have to do is pop them out put them in the microwave for a couple seconds
