If go with Focaccia. Very hard to get it wrong. 500g flour, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp dry yeast, 2 tbsp olive oil, 330g water. Knead for 10 minutes, proof 1.5 hours, place dough in a sheet pan and stretch with your fingers, let rise 45 minutes. Bake for 35 minutes on 190 degree oven.

I'm interested in that as well. Every time I made bread it turned out wrong for some reason... Ether it's too gooey or turns to brick when it cools. 😤
