Freezing smoothies?

I want to start having a smoothie for breakfast but i want to save some time by making them in batches and freezing. Would this still make my smoothie taste good?

I don't see why not. You would still likely have to blend it in the morning with a liquid though or it would probably separate while it defrosts.

Also making batches of ingredients cut in cubes that you would later blend sounds like a bit more easy for manipulation later

keep your smoothie’s in the fridge and you won’t have to blend them again

Yes, you definitely can. Just stick it in the freezer and when your ready to use it blend it with a liquid... I usually use milk cause I love the extra flavor it gives it!!!

I see it's been a couple weeks since you posted. You've probably tried this by now and found that freezing an entire smoothie causes it to be too difficult to blend. I use frozen fruits, a dollop of greek yogurt, a bit of frozen kale, and a splash of almond milk. I just put into a wide bottomed cup, then blend quickly with an immersion blender. Very quick and easy and no big cleanup. All done in one container and my immersion blender cleans up so quickly, unlike those blenders you have to pour things into. I strongly recommend an immersion blender if you don't have one. Making smoothies is so much easier.
