Calabrian ragu
Have you ever tried Calabrian ragu with meatballs without using nduja for the meatballs?

I didn't have a chance to try Calabrian ragu and personally, I don't like nduja - usually, in recipes I sub nduja for Calabrian chili paste, and it's a pretty good sub! :)
