Vegan / plant-based PCOS recipes, questions, tips and advice welcome!

As a new member of the PCOS club I must say finding food that doesn't make symptoms worse hasn't been easy at all. As someone who is plant-based but wholeheartedly rejects anything that looks, tastes like or just gives me vibes of rabbit food, I'd like to make this a community where anyone who visits knows that every recipe is totally safe for them to eat no matter what stage of their PCOS they are at, and that every recipe will be filling and basically not salad 😅 I haven't made all the recipes on here but intend to at some point. Please add anything you know that fits the following criteria: - no animal products obvs - low GI / GL - low carb - low (or no) gluten - low (or no) sugar ...and preferably no soy? Please use your own discretion when using recipes from this community. This is a community for healing through food - if there's something here that doesn't look right for you based on your own tolerance levels then please exercise caution. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with PCOS for a long time - dealing with PCOS can be overwhelming. There are suddenly so many rules to adhere to, finding delicious and filling recipes that don't affect our health negatively can seem like a mountain to climb. Please share swaps you've made to any ingredients or what you've paired each recipe with - so please contribute whatever you can and let's enjoy food together ♡

Hi Rehnuma, This community is very inspiring, I love the healing through the food concept. :) Is rice allowed on PCOS, do you use it? Do you have some suggestions or tips about how to consume rice on PCOS?
