I added a carnitas recipe by Kenji, not exactly slow cooker but it is a low and slow style recipe, and is incredible. I think this community would like it. Full recipe in link also has a salsa recipe in it. There is a YouTube video of him making it too.

Thanks, Adam. I have heard of him but I've never tried his recipes. Besides carnitas which Kenji's recipes would you suggest?

Adam I add things to slow cooker or one pot etc if they are easily done in either, doesn't take much to change which piece of equipment you use for an easy cook :-)
