Can you make a chocolate chip cookie for one person?

if you make up a batch of dough you can freeze in single cookie balls and then bake one at a time? I do this and cook from frozen hope this helps xx

That's 7 too many! 😂Thanks @Deborah! I tried scaling down different recipes to one portion, but always get weird measurements that I wouldn't know how to work with.

I found this recipe for two cookies but it has one egg yolk wich may be hard to half

I think you have to make either a small batch or one big cookie, there is no way around that - but you can try out this microwave chocolate chip cookie for 1 person, which is not the same; but will still satisfy your cookie cravings :)

I also make a batch of dough and only cook one or two recipes at a time. It keeps in the fridge for quite a long time and you can also roll into balls and freeze as Kim noted below.
