Bao bread tips

I'm interested on making Bao bread/buns for the first time, any tips or recommendations I should look into before diving in? Also would appreciate any other similar type of bread recipes to consider for the future :)

Hi Pau, if there is any tip that I can give you according to my experience is that you have to give enough space between the buns in the steamer. They do expand and they tend to stick to each other. Another mistake I made was that I turned temperature to high on the stove and my buns got soggy and too sticky. I honestly taught before that steaming has to have boiling water. So if you are using a steamer for the stove like me, opt for a low to medium temp. Hope that helps. Good luck!
