I saved this recently and haven’t made it…. But it kind of falls into your “honeyed parsnip” category 😂 but with harissa and farro maybe it’ll make it a little different?

I'm just looking for something different. I have a couple recipes to try (attached) , but maybe there are some cultural fusions yet to be discovered for this humble root veg. 😄
