hello guys what's the best cookie?

On my "most delicious cookie" list are always these Italian cookies. They taste soooo good and they're quite easy to make. You can sub jam for some hazelnut or pistachio cream if you like nutty flavour. Do you have any cookie recommendation or some recipe that you've recently made to share? :)
